AFCOM Youth Council Gathering
The AFCOM Youth Council(AYC) is a peer leadership and community service group formed to galvanize youth between the ages of 14-22 to build youth leaders, develop philanthropy while encouraging creative exploration of innovative ideas and equip participants to lead in their communities, schools, clubs and/or places of worship. AYC will support the events and efforts of the larger AFCOM organization, while creating new and innovative programs and projects that align with the AFCOM mission. The purpose is:
➢ to connect youth with other positive youth with a desire to lead
➢ to equip youth with skills to participate in and lead community service projects in their communities, and
➢ to focus youth on community building and global impact.
